Leading the Charge at Tiranga Logistics: Maj. Gaurav Kundu (Retd.)

Maj. Gaurav Kundu (Retd.), Managing Director of Tiranga Logistics, brings a distinguished career to the forefront of our company. A graduate of Delhi University with a B.Com. (H) degree, he served his country with honor for seven years in the Indian Army, specializing in combat and logistics management.

Following his military service, Maj. Kundu honed his leadership skills further through an executive MBA program at IIM-Ahmedabad. He then leveraged his strategic acumen in leadership positions at leading FMCG and e-commerce companies in India for nearly a decade. Throughout his career, Maj. Kundu has developed a deep understanding of critical logistics functions, including supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, route optimization, fleet management, and distribution. This extensive experience positions him perfectly to lead Tiranga Logistics to new heights of efficiency and innovation in the ever-evolving logistics landscape.

CFA OPERATIONS

To enable seamless CFA operations we leverage cutting-edge technology solutions. This includes robust transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS) and Route Optimization. These systems integrate with the client’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, providing end-to-end visibility, process automation, and data-driven insights.

WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION

Providing warehouse facility by implementing a systematic approach to efficiently manage inventory, equipment and resources. Our aim to maintain a competitive edge by managing inbound and outbound logistics, order picking, and value-added services. Ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of products to the assembly line / customer location.

FLEET MANAGEMENT & WORKSHOP

Tiranga has over 220 fleet with varied fleet sizes from 10 feet to 42 feet vehicle. We have a team of dedicated, certified and experienced team members who work day and night for supervision and maintenance of these vehicles. We also have our own workshops to cater the maintenance demands of the vehicles.

NETWORK

Tiranga logistics serves 60+ location with 220+ owned fleet along with over 1200 attached fleet for first mile and last mile connectivity and highly reliable technology based practices. Furthermore, Tiranga Logistics operates warehouses at 6 locations and over 25 CFA locations Spread across the country. This gives Tiranga Logistics a strong foot hold in complete supply chain environment, from first mile to middle mile to last mile, delivering smile to customers.
